Description
At the 2013 IPCPR trade show in Las Vegas, Ashton debuted the San Cristobal Revelation, the 4th extension to their award-winning and highly-rated San Cristobal line. The Revelation is produced for Ashton by the Garcia family at their My Father factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
The cigar sports an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, which is used on Ashton’s popular Virgin Sun Grown cigars, but Ashton decided to go with a mid-priming leaf for the Revelation instead of the top-priming like on the VSG. Add to this lovely and decadent wrapper a blend of Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos, and you get a rich medium to full-bodied cigar with spicy, cinnamon, cedar chocolate flavors. And since these cigars are made by the Garcia’s, you know they will be perfectly constructed to provide to a perfect draw and burn, making them an excellent value.
